“Berries are amazing beauty boosters”
Today I want to talk to you about the benefits of berries!
Berries are my absolute favorite fruit because they are low in natural sugar and high in nutrients. Blueberries, acai, noni and goji berries are listed as superfoods and are packed full of powerful antioxidants. These antioxidants help to reduce free radical damage and promote collagen production, which is great for your hair, skin and nails. Berries are amazing beauty boosters because they contain resveratrol, which helps to protect the body from damage and eating these fruits frequently can actually slow down the aging process of your cells!

Berry Breakfast Bowl
You can have this delicious berry bowl for brekky or dessert!
1 cup nut mylk (I like to use almond, macadamia, cashew or coconut)
1 frozen banana
1 slice pink pitaya
½ cup frozen mixed berries
½ Tbsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp acai powder
4 drops liquid stevia (I use Wisdom Natural)
1 serving protein powder (Amazonia is my favourite)
Powder from 1 probiotic tablet
Sit down to eat mindfully and enjoy!
Keep a container full of banana pieces ready to go in your freezer and remember to peel them before freezing!
